Eye of Observation (Unknown Car NPC)- 2 new titles 'FBI Assistant' and 'Contact with aliens' (Unknown Car NPC)
Siamese Fruit (Unknown Car NPC)- Exchange of trash (Reward Master NPC)
- Conversion Executor NPC (Archosaur city)
- Halloween 2018 NPC (Archosaur city)
'Festival of Samhain' location will be available closer to the holiday Halloween (Maybe October 25). Please stand by! You can find new quests, gear and titles at this location.
Replaced:
- Reward for quest 'Alien Contact'. Much better rewards now.
Decreased:
- Price for Reptile Eye (Unknown Car NPC)
- Stats of boss and mobs from Currency-in-transit Robbery Event.
Failed:
- Adding 'Hone of R8R2 with 3 stats' by tehnical restrictions of game. It's impossible.

To avoid crashes, please install this fix if your client has version 14.
0) Make sure you have version 14.
1) Download and replace file 'launcher.ini'.

2) Download our fix and unzip it to any location.
Download link: http://upd.painty.pw/fix_for_14.zip
3) Run launcher.exe. Now your launcher has secret button for manual updating.
4) Press this button and select directory 'Patch' which was unpacked on the second step.

Added and fixed so much things that you need to download new rebuilded client. Each your character/material/coin is saved and moved here from Parity Perfect World!

Fixed Emperor's Daggers and Saber. Now you can use skills when these weapons is equipped.

Removed trigger from all bosses in the Valley of Disaster so they should appear instantly.
